"Tie-ing" it all together...or "fit to be tied"...

One last post about Jeff's deacon ordination...since he had to dress up, that meant dusting off his old suit that we bought like 11 years ago (think job interviews after college graduation...yes, it's an old suit). Thankfully, for Jeff, he has had very few reasons to wear it over the past decade so it just hangs in the closet collecting dust. Bringing out the suit also meant bringing out the ties which Jeff considers even worse torture than wearing the suit! These are ancient relics too but the kids had a great time dressing up and being silly in them! And considering how old (and out of style) these ties were, we did go out and buy him a new one...and it's now hanging in the closet and will probably collect dust for another decade before it sees the light of day again...much to Jeff's relief :)
