Ava's turn

Awhile back, I had a post about Zach's new loft bed. Well, not to be outdone, Ava has a "new" bed of her own too! Actually, these were two twin beds that my mom had recently given us for Ava's room. They could be bunked but we were missing the rails and ladder but thankfully, we have a VERY handy Daddy in the house who worked his magic just like he did with Zach's bed and "voila!", Ava has bunk beds! This is really great because it makes so much more room for her to play and gives her a lot more space. Not to mention, she feels like such a big girl...can't you tell by the pictures??

Here she is, so proud of her new beds!

Notice the openings in the rails? That was a nice touch by Daddy so we could actually see Ava while she was up there. Also, note the "light purple" ladder...at Ava's specific request.

Our two big kids just keep on getting bigger.
